The CanCham board recognized that many members do not benefit from Canada-Latvia related business, and that there was a need to provide members with wider business opportunities. Indra Sproģe-Kalviņa suggest the formation of a Northern European Business Association which could work across the region. This concept was to be considered as the CanCham Strategy was developed.
