The NEBA AGM of Monday, May 29^th, elected a new Board replacing the Interim Board, and an Audit Committee.

The Board includes the following:

• Ed Kalvins, Chairman of the Board
• Una Brūna, President of the Governing Council
• Indra Sproģe-Kalviņa, Finance & Administration Director
• Mark Watson, Communications Director
• Normunds Kupcis, Sports & Recreation Director

The Audit Committee includes:

• Astrida Bola
• Dzintra Renigere
• Sintija Frienberga

A report was provided covering the issues covered in the May 21st update.

Emphasis in the near term will be placed on the NEBA Visit programs.

We intend to launch a NEBA talks program in the fall. This will be a series of panel discussions via teleconferencing discussing numerous subjects of interest. The general public will be invited to attend. Additional activities for the fall will be planned in due course and announced accordingly.
