NEBA invites individuals to become country and/or regional representatives (CRR) who can be a point of contact within a specific region to those wishing to enter that region to develop new market opportunities, or to enhance the performance of existing commercial activities in that region.


  • An ideal CRR could be a consultant or specialist who has considerable experience within their geographic area and has an extended professional network.
  • Must be a member of NEBA.


  • Provide mutually agreed services to the Client.
  • If the CRR cannot provide the required services, it would be hoped that he will recommend someone who can.
  • These services could include the following:
    • Finding and supervising partners, distributors, etc.
    • Providing sales and marketing support
    • Representing the Client
    • Providing technical and engineering support
    • Participating in or handling negotiations
    • Preparing business and development plans
    • Project management
  • The CRR could also help with
    • Accounting and office management services
    • Office space
    • Dealing with government agencies
    • Assisting with finding real estate
    • Assisting with investors
    • Handling contracts and legal issues
    • New company registrations
    • Making meeting, travel and accommodation arrangements


  • The CRR is not obliged to accept any expressions of interest for his services.
  • Most services are paid services as agreed between the CRR and Client. We recommend using NEBA’s Destination Management Coordination (DMC) system as the basis for preliminary work. See
